Notes:
The original church of St Mary Magdalene was built in 1841 and destroyed by a land-mine on 21 September 1940. The current building was built in 1962.

The first church building on this site was consecrated on 7th May 1841. In the blitz during WWII, the church was destroyed by a bomb on 21st September 1940 with the loss of five lives. The building was replaced in the 1960s.
